1. How do I place an order?
- Browse our website and select the products you want to purchase.
- Add them to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Net banking
- UPI
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to track the status of your order.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for select promotions and orders above a certain value. Please check our Promotions page for any ongoing free shipping offers.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@vykart.com or via WhatsApp at 9471376362. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
6. What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?
If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. How can I return or exchange a product?
- You can easily return or exchange a product within 7 days from the delivery date through your VyKart dashboard.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
